1. Subject of the agreement

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the DocAnalyze service and the user. By starting to use the service, you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them in full.

2. Nature of the service

DocAnalyze provides AI-based software for automated review of contracts and agreements and for identifying potential risks.

Important: AI-generated reports and summaries are informational and advisory only. They are not official legal or financial advice. You make the final decision whether to sign documents and you bear full responsibility for your business risks.

3. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

All payments on the site are processed by the payment aggregator Paddle, which acts as the official seller (Merchant of Record).

• PRO subscription: billed on a recurring monthly basis with automatic renewal. You may cancel at any time in your account or through emails from Paddle.
• Refunds: because the service is a digital product with immediate access to report generation, refund requests are reviewed case by case within 14 days of payment if the service was not actually used (no successful analysis was completed on the PRO plan).

4. Limitation of liability

The DocAnalyze administration is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the service, or from hidden risks in documents that the AI algorithms missed.

5. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms unilaterally. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
